Tradwinds Winter Workshops
I’m taking a short break from teaching to focus on organising the Edinburgh FluteFling weekend 19-21 April. Once that is over, I’ll look at the diary for more Tradwinds dates for the summer.
About TradWinds
Taking place at The Fisherrow Centre in Musselburgh, Gordon’s TradWinds monthly workshops cover repertoire and technique and are suitable for players of keyed and unkeyed simple system flutes, Boehm system flutes, whistles and low whistles in D. Numbers are strictly limited to 12.
The TradWinds workshops are not suitable for complete beginners. However, plans are currently being made for a beginners group. If this is of interest, please contact Gordon.

- The workshops run once a month on Saturday afternoons 1300-1600
Tickets
Tickets are usually for individual workshops or for a block at a discount rate.
Individual workshops:
£19 concessions/ £25 standard
Individual tuition
Gordon’s books are open to individuals and small groups for flute, whistle and low whistle tuition.
Tuition is suitable both for beginners and those with more experience who seek to improve their playing. Individual tuition is at Musicians Union rates of £40.50ph pro rata.
